Office Chair Repair Charge

From 1st May 2021 onwards, all parts and labour 10% increments until further noctice.

Transport Charge per trip basis-
Minimum Transport Charge of $35 to $70 applies depending on location, inside ERP $50, CBD $70, $250 for Oil field / Jurong Island / Offshore
(no workshop or office, onsite servicing only, transportation charge applies)
If chair need to bring back for repair, to and fro from $80 to $150.
(If chair unable to repair, a consultation fee of $50 applies, agreeable to customer)

Chair Part
1) Gas lift (so call hydraulic) replacement – please measure the length for price (check last picture) 16cm - 22cm
a. Class 2 normal grade gas lift come with 6 months warranty, price between $55 to $85 depending on size and colour (few pieces left, stock running out soon, will replace with class 3 gas lift once out of stock)
b. Class 3 high grade gas lift come with 12 months warranty, price between $95 to $125 depending on size and colour.
c. Class 4 highest grade gas lift come with 18 months warranty, price - 18cm $150 / 20cm $165 / 22cm $180, chrome type add $10.

Herman Miller Aeron / Steelcase leap chair will be using compatible gas lift 20cm & 22cm, price at $165 / $180 each, standard 18 months warranty. (user, please show pictures or check your gas cylinder size)

2) Castor wheel (5 pcs set) 6 months warranty
a. $45 normal plastic type 50mm (2") diameter
b. $60 nylon heavy duty type 50mm (2") diameter
c. $75 for nylon heavy duty 60mm (2.3 ") diameter.
d. $90 for nylon heavy duty 65mm (2.5") diameter, only on indent basis.

3) Chair base –
a. Nylon & metal chrome $60 to $80 depending on size, 30cm/32cm/35cm
b. Aluminium $85 to $100 depending on size, 30cm/32cm/35cm

4) Chair mechanism between $100 - $200 depending on function

5) Chair re-upholstering depending on materials. ($60 onward of each seat or back rest of the chair)

6) Armrest padding repair / replace
a) Change of padding $60 to $100 depending on materials
b) Reupholster of armrest padding $50 to $100 per piece (non sewing type only)

Labour Charge
1) Chair part item 1 - $30 per chair
2) Chair part item 2 - $10 per chair
3) Chair part item 3 - $40 per chair
4) Chair part item 4 - $10 per chair
5) Herman Miller / Steelcase chair, labour $30 for replacement of gas lift
